I had the honor of spending two comprehensive days at Botnia's Microfarm and Lab Headquarters in Sausalito, California in May 2025 for a retreat. This immersive experience provided an invaluable, firsthand perspective into their integrated "seed-to-serum" hand-crafted production process, from the cultivation of organic botanicals on the microfarm to the meticulous formulation of skincare products in the laboratory. Witnessing first hand Botnia’s commitment to sustainable practices and their unique apothecary approach for professional estheticians was truly insightful and unforgettable. We ended our time together with a farm fresh dinner in the garden. Here’s a close look below!
