Our Time Together

At The Bloom Room, I value your time and the opportunity to support your skin’s wellness. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for your healing and rejuvenation. To ensure I can continue providing the highest level of care to all clients, I adhere to the following policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to someone on my waiting list.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-Shows: If you miss an appointment without any notice, the full 100% of the service fee will be charged.

  • Late Arrivals: To maintain a peaceful flow for all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time so that the next appointment can begin on schedule. The full service fee will still apply.

  • Illness & Emergencies: I understand that life happens. If you are feeling unwell or have a true emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Holistic health starts with listening to your body, and I would rather reschedule your treatment for when you are healthy.
